This in-person workshop, held at our plant in Bientina and organized in collaboration with colleagues from the enthusiasts' community, aimed to share the W Manifesto values with our marketing and communication teams in Italy.

Following the presentation, participants engaged in open discussions about potential opportunities to apply the W Manifesto values in their work.

They also reflected on past experiences where these values were either applied or overlooked, considering the impact on colleagues and teams.
