DSA - W Manifesto Workshop

On August 1st, DSA hosted a W Manifesto workshop at their head office, bringing together both white-collar and blue-collar workers with a shared goal: aligning everyone with the principles of the Manifesto. The key message was: "We lead ourselves, we lead people, we lead managers, and we lead the organization."

Throughout the workshop, participants were divided into teams and engaged in a series of thought-provoking activities. In some of the activities, they discussed the qualities that make a great leader, explored different leadership styles, and identified the characteristics a leader must have, should have, could have, and won’t have.

Each group then presented their insights, debating which aspects of leadership they found most critical and why. The workshop fostered open communication, allowing team members from various departments within DSA to exchange perspectives on leadership and better understand how they can apply these principles in their daily roles.

Overall, it was a highly informative and collaborative session that strengthened the leadership capabilities across the DSA team.
