W Manifesto Workshop

Description: 

This in-person workshop, organized with the help of colleagues from the enthusiasts' community in Italy, provided an excellent opportunity to reflect on and experiment with the values of the W Manifesto.

After a general overview of the W Manifesto, participants engaged in small group discussions on the concepts of self-leadership.

They then participated in an experiential activity:the non-musical chair exercise, which highlighted the importance of communication, trust, strategic sharing, and attunement with team members.
