In this in-person workshop organized by the enthusiasts’ community members from DAB Iberica and Mexico, participants had the opportunity to engage in role-playing activities across seven different scenarios.

These scenarios focused on high workload, customer service, teamwork, and leadership.

The goal was to swap places with colleagues from different departments and experience their daily working life.
